All Kiddy Up products are made to order. Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Request: Email support@kiddy-up.com within 30 days with your order number, issue description, and photos. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Wrong or incomplete addresses may require reshipping costs. For damaged items during shipping, contact us immediately for a replacement.
