At Kiddy Up, every product is made to order, just for you. That means we don’t keep stock on hand — your items are printed and shipped once your order is placed.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to make it right.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We will replace or refund items if:

The product is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong item or size.

Your order arrived with a printing error.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund:

Email us at support@kiddy-up.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order will be returned to our fulfillment center.

You will be responsible for the reshipping cost to the correct address.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-printed items (all our products) unless defective.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different colors or sizes unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Damaged During Shipping
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
